  • Improved Outlook integration - Tighter Sage CRM and Microsoft® Outlook integration results in a more seamless user experience.
  • Usability enhancements – calendar improvements offers a cleaner, clearer display of information and makes it easier for users of both Sage CRM and Microsoft Outlook to switch between the two systems using the different calendars.
  • New codeless customisation features – even more ways to customise the system without needing to know how to write a line of code. Now you can easily add new buttons to system work areas. System Administrators can now further customise Sage CRM to reflect their organisation’s unique business processes.
  • Microsoft Office 2007 and Vista Support - Sage CRM now supports online users who have Microsoft Vista as their local machine operating system and offers full Microsoft Office 2007 support.
  • 64-Bit Operating System Support - It is now possible to easily install Sage CRM on a 64-bit Microsoft Windows 2003 server.

Outlook Integration
